Jesica Hilliard
Hi, I'm Jesica, the proud owner of Care and Clean Co. LLC. I'm a wife to an Army veteran and a mom to an amazing three-year-old little boy who inspires me every day. Before starting my cleaning business, I spent more than eight years working as an EMT. Caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am, and that passion didn't end when I changed careers—it simply found a new way to serve. I founded Care and Clean Co. because I believe everyone deserves more than just a clean home. I wanted to create a company where clients feel cared for, respected, and treated like family. A clean space brings comfort and peace of mind, but the relationships we build with our clients are just as important. Our motto, "We clean because we care," reflects everything we stand for. Every home we enter is treated with the same care, attention, and respect we would give our own. We truly value every client we have the privilege of serving, and our goal is to leave not only your home sparkling clean but also to make you feel appreciated and cared for every step of the way. Victoria
Victoria has been a valued member of the Care and Clean Co. team since shortly after we opened. With over a year of professional cleaning experience, she loves making every home shine and takes pride in adding the special finishing touches—bows are her favorite! Her attention to detail and genuine care for our clients make her a wonderful part of our team. Victoria recently graduated from high school and will soon begin nursing school, continuing her passion for caring for others both inside and outside the home.
Renee is retired from Food and Nutrition Services with the Cobb County School District. During her career and beyond, she has embraced opportunities to serve others, build meaningful connections, and create lasting memories with family. Renee successfully owned and managed two Airbnb properties in Sevierville, Tennessee, combining her love of hospitality with her strong organizational and management skills. She is a proud mother of three and Nana to eight grandchildren, with another little one on the way. Renee and her family moved to Brunswick to be closer to the beach and, most importantly, to enjoy as much time as possible with their growing family. Family, faith, hospitality, and making memories are at the heart of Renee’s next chapter.

April brings over five years of professional cleaning experience with Jani-King, where she learned the importance of thoroughness, attention to detail, and taking pride in a job well done.
As a mother of six, she understands firsthand how busy life can get! Between kids, pets, schedules, and everything in between, she knows how quickly things can get a little chaotic. She is comfortable working around both children and pets and understands the importance of being respectful of your home and your family’s routine. Her goal is simple: to give you a clean, comfortable home that you can truly enjoy — without adding one more thing to your already busy to-do list. Do I need to be home? No it is not a necessity! We know you have other things to tend to, let us handle your home!

Do you bring your own supplies? Yes! We bring everything needed to get the job done. However, if you have a product you'd rather us use let us know and we can try to make that happen!

Are pets okay? ABSOLUTELY! Pets are family too! As long as your pets are friendly and do not bite they are welcome to hangout while we clean.

How long does a cleaning take? It all depends on the condition of your home, the package you chose and which cleaner is assigned. This is why we charge per job not per hour!

How do I pay? We accept all forms of payment; cash, check, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay

What if I need to reschedule? We understand things come up and a clean may need to be rescheduled please just try to contact us within 48 hours to reschedule. (move-in/out cleans do require a reschedule fee as they take a full day)
